In this role, you'll present products, engage customers in real time, and close sales with confidence and charisma. This is a part-time, in-person position offering up to 6 hours per day at a flat $30/hr rate — no commission, no gimmicks. Responsibilities Present and demonstrate tech hardware products to customers with clarity and enthusiasm Engage customers in real time, answer questions, handle objections, and guide purchase decisions Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets; track performance and adjust approach on the fly Promote limited-time offers, bundles, and flash deals to drive urgency and conversions Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and promotional strategy Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and direct sales trends Qualifications 3-5 years of proven sales experience in retail, direct sales, or a customer-facing environment Charismatic, confident communicator who can engage and persuade effectively Quick thinker who performs well under pressure in fast-paced, live settings Comfortable with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends Genuine passion for sales, technology, and customer engagement Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, or online sales is a strong plus Preferred Skills Bilingual Spanish (a significant advantage) Background in tech or electronics sales Experience with CRM or sales analytics tools Strong storytelling ability and natural rapport with customers E-commerce or direct-to-consumer sales background
Job Details Schedule:
Flexible / Full-time | Up to 8 hours per day Evenings and Sundays may be required Work setting: In-person, Las Vegas, NV Benefits & Perks $30/hr flat rate — straightforward, no commission structure Part-time hours with schedule flexibility, up to 6 hours per day Professional equipment and workspace provided Growth opportunities in digital sales, content, and marketing Energetic, performance-first team environment
