We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives on the phone, enjoys building relationships, is highly active on social media, and is driven by performance and results. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, following up with leads, setting appointments, re-engaging previous customers, generating new business opportunities, and helping drive sales growth across our dealership.
Responsibilities:
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and online leads Follow up with internet inquiries, dealership leads, and previous customers Schedule appointments for sales staff and help maintain a strong appointment show rate Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling, customer outreach, and social media engagement Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and guide them through the buying process Respond to inquiries and generate leads through Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms Create and post basic social media content including vehicle spotlights, promotions, walkarounds, customer deliveries, and dealership updates Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle Overcome objections and confidently move customers toward appointments and purchases Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM system Support dealership marketing campaigns and promotions through customer outreach Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience Achieve and exceed monthly appointment, contact, and sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous outbound and inbound call experience required Previous sales experience required Experience using Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms for business purposes Automotive, powersports, RV, trailer, or dealership experience preferred Strong phone presence, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to handle objections and confidently ask for the appointment or sale Comfortable creating social media content, responding to messages, and engaging with potential customers online Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong computer skills and CRM experience preferred Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
