We provide high-quality analytical chemistry and microbiology testing services to manufacturers, quality teams, R D groups, and compliance-driven businesses. As we continue expanding our laboratory services and client base, we are looking for a growth-focused marketing professional who can help turn our technical capabilities into clear messaging, qualified leads, client relationships, and measurable business growth. Position Summary The Growth Marketing Coordinator will own and coordinate New Wave Scientific's marketing and lead-generation efforts. This is a hybrid marketing, business development, and client follow-up role. The ideal candidate is not just a content writer and not strictly a salesperson. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized, comfortable with digital marketing tools, professional with clients, and able to work closely with outside marketing vendors to improve campaigns, website content, advertising performance, email outreach, and inbound lead conversion. This person should be able to look at Google Ads, website traffic, email performance, reviews, and incoming leads — then help determine what should be improved next. Marketing Performance & Analytics Monitor Google Ads, GA4, website traffic, landing pages, and campaign performance. Identify which keywords, ads, pages, and campaigns are generating qualified leads. Track basic performance metrics such as cost per lead, click-through rates, inquiries, and lead sources. Recommend improvements to ads, landing pages, website messaging, quote forms, and calls to action. Provide simple weekly or monthly marketing performance updates to leadership. Website, Content & Vendor Coordination Work with outside marketing, website, SEO, and content vendors to guide priorities and improve results. Review website copy, blog topics, service pages, and landing pages for clarity, buyer intent, and technical accuracy. Help identify new content opportunities based on customer questions, search terms, and laboratory service offerings. Ensure marketing materials clearly communicate New Wave Scientific's capabilities, differentiators, and value. Email Marketing & Lead Follow-Up Build and manage targeted email campaigns to prospects, existing clients, and industry contacts. Draft and refine subject lines, campaign messaging, and calls to action. Track campaign performance, including opens, clicks, replies, inquiries, and conversions. Respond to inbound inquiries and help turn prospective client interest into quote requests or next steps. Track new leads, quote status, follow-up dates, and campaign sources. Reputation & Client Engagement Develop a consistent process for requesting Google reviews from satisfied clients. Monitor online reviews and coordinate appropriate responses. Assist with outreach to current and former clients to identify additional testing needs. Help maintain a professional, responsive, and client-focused brand presence. Project Management Serve as the internal point person for marketing vendors and outside service providers. Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities to vendors. Keep marketing projects moving and connected to leads, quotes, and revenue opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is: Analytical and comfortable reviewing marketing performance data. Organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-up. A strong writer and editor, without needing to be a full-time copywriter. Comfortable communicating with clients and prospects by phone and email. Able to coordinate outside vendors and keep projects moving. Curious enough to learn technical laboratory services and translate them into clear business value. Comfortable working in a small, growing company where marketing, sales support, and client communication overlap.
