Exempt Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Field Marketing & Brand Activation Coordinator to support retail excellence and in-market brand presence across the region. Reporting into Marketing leadership, this role ensures consistent physical and digital brand execution at retail, including merchandising standards, menu accuracy, and promotional alignment. The Coordinator supports store trainings, in-store activations, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives to drive brand visibility and retailer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong retail partnerships, managing field resources and promotional assets, accurately tracking activity in HubSpot, and relaying actionable market insights to inform Sales and Marketing strategy.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to Ensure all physical displays align with brand standards and overall vision. Lead seasonal display refreshes and executes merchandising initiatives as directed by Marketing. Support and develop custom visual merchandising programs with key accounts to elevate in-store brand presence Ensure digital displays and online menus accurately reflect current SKUs, pricing, and promotional programming. Monitor in-market execution to maintain brand consistency across retailer websites, marketplace platforms, and in-store digital screens. Partner with accounts to promptly update assets, imagery, and product descriptions to optimize visibility, compliance, and conversion Identify and partner with key retailers on e-marketing efforts Proactively identify and activate local community engagement opportunities in partnership with key retail accounts to expand regional brand awareness, strengthen community presence, and deepen long-term retail relationships Schedule and track store trainings; reinforce product knowledge with key brand selling points. Support digital training efforts. Plan and execute in-store activations with a proactive, detail-oriented approach—ensuring pre-event marketing, menu visibility, non-infused samples, and branded swag are fully prepared in advance. Confirm seamless execution onsite and follow through to ensure retailer satisfaction. Lead coordination and execution of trade shows and ancillary events to maximize brand exposure and market impact Ensure all field activities are logged via Hubspot to maintain accurate tracking of Field Support Requests (FSRs) Track and manage inventory of promotional items & merchandise Communicate timely, actionable field insights and market updates to the appropriate sales team members to support strategic decision-making Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Two-year associate degree required. Previous experience in the Cannabis or alcoholic beverage market. Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Gmail proficiency required. Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered. Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with co-workers and vendors in a professional and helpful manner in person, via phone or written correspondence. Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously. Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures. Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports. Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals. Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
Physical Exertion:
Moderate Work- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Work may include loading and unloading cases of product, setting up product displays, and lifting, lowering, and moving product.
Environmental Conditions:
The frequency and duration of indoor and outdoor work may vary based on position, location, and operational needs. Indoor Work- Indoor environments may include exposure to temperature variations, such as unheated or non-air-conditioned areas. Outdoor Work- Outdoor work may involve exposure to weather conditions and seasonal temperature changes.
Travel:
Frequent Travel- This position requires regular travel which may include 4-5 days per week to stores, accounts, or business locations.
