Event-based schedule / Hourly Position Overview We're looking for a high-energy, reliable, people-first Trade Show & Sampling Specialist to travel nationwide and help our sales team execute food shows at the highest level. You'll be the person who makes the booth run smoothly, the product taste great, and the brand look sharp. This role is hands-on and customer-facing — and everything you need to do the job well is covered. If you love travel, working with food, and being part of a fast-moving team, this is built for you. This is an hourly, on-call position based on our show schedule. Some weeks are lighter, some are heavier. No Saturday work. What You'll Do Travel across the U.S. for food shows and trade events Set up and break down booth equipment, signage, and product displays Heat, prepare, and serve samples safely and consistently Engage attendees with professionalism and keep the energy high Keep the booth clean, organized, and show-ready all day Work closely with our sales reps to support smooth event flow What We're Looking For Comfortable with frequent travel and being on your feet during shows Friendly, confident, and polished with customers Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership without being asked Background in food service, catering, hospitality, events, or culinary arts preferred Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety standards Able to lift and move standard event supplies (tables, boxes, equipment) Schedule & Travel Primarily weekday shows, with occasional Sunday travel depending on show location Weekly hours vary based on the show calendar Travel is nationwide — flexibility is key What's Covered (We've Got You) We believe if we're asking you to travel, the company covers the cost — fully. You'll be provided a company card to book and manage your own travel arrangements, giving you flexibility and control on the road. Here's what's covered: Flights — book your own using the company card Hotel accommodations — reserved by you, paid by the company Car rentals — arranged by you as needed for each show Show purchases — any supplies or items needed on-site go on the company card Personal vehicle mileage — reimbursed at $0.25/mile if you prefer to drive your own vehicle Meal per diem — $50/day for meals while traveling No out-of-pocket expenses. You manage the logistics, we cover the bill.
