Job Description
We are an independently owned restaurant group seeking a Marketing & Special Events Coordinator. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Correspond with location managers and communicate with other departments within the company as needed Establish standardized procedures in a tiered fashion, and properly execute them Execute effective marketing strategies Coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks Keep marketing campaigns on track and up to date Analyze the effectiveness of each campaign Utilize graphic design to create and deliver content that meets event/promotion specifications Prepare mass emails to customers to provide information regarding upcoming events Monitor and post to social media websites on a regular basis Organize and update website content Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: Ability to work independently Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners as needed Strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Adobe Illustrator We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
