Marketing Coordinator

Description Seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives for our commercial real estate portfolio. This role plays a key part in promoting property listings, supporting client marketing needs, and driving new business opportunities through both traditional and digital channels Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute marketing plans for commercial property listings, including branding and promotional strategies. + Create marketing materials using Canva, including property flyers, brochures, email graphics, and social media content. + Manage and execute social media marketing across company platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation. + Plan, schedule, and monitor social media posts; track performance and recommend improvements. + Create and manage marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and support leasing and sales activity. + Coordinate project timelines and oversee execution to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met. + Conduct market research and surveys to analyze target markets and regional trends. + Manage and maintain marketing databases, property listings, and client information. + Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure marketing objectives are met. + Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships to support business development. Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. + 1-3 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or a related role preferred. + Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook). + Experience managing content calendars and basic social media analytics. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. + Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
