The Marketing Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support for the marketing department. This role assists with coordinating marketing requests, maintaining accurate data entry, supporting social media engagement, and helping ensure projects and materials are organized and completed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This job is onsite at the Syracuse, NY office (not remote) with a typical M-F, day shift, 40-hour work week. Responsibilities Manage incoming marketing requests and organize project workflows within Monday.com or similar project management systems. Coordinate and fulfill company merchandise orders. Assist with organizing marketing materials, schedules, and departmental priorities. Support marketing initiatives and projects as assigned. Enter and maintain accurate data within company portals, systems, and databases. Assist with updating records, tracking information, and maintaining organized documentation. Learn and utilize various internal systems and software platforms as needed. Take photographs of equipment for marketing purposes. Organize and maintain digital photo files and marketing assets. Assist with maintaining social media activity and audience engagement. Monitor messages, comments, and interactions as directed. Support posting schedules and content organization. Skills & Experience Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable learning new systems and software. Basic knowledge of social media platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative, marketing, or office support experience preferred.
