list of America's fastest-growing companies. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong communication and project management skills, capable of coordinating and executing both in-person and virtual events that support the firm's business development, CLE programming, and brand awareness initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will play an integral role in planning and executing firm events and marketing initiatives.
You will:
Lead the planning and execution of firm-sponsored events, including CLE programs, networking events, webinars, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives from concept through post-event analysis Coordinate all event logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, speaker coordination, onsite event execution, and troubleshooting Collaborate with attorneys, practice groups, and the marketing team to develop and promote events through email campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and other communication channels Track and analyze event performance metrics, including registrations, attendance, engagement, and post-event survey feedback, to support strategic marketing and business development goals Support the firm's brand growth and business development efforts by managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organizational standards, and traveling as needed for in-person events and firm initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years of event planning, marketing coordination, or related experience preferred Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to take initiative with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and active familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) Prior law firm experience is preferred
