We are looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced marketing professional to help grow our brand presence, strengthen community relationships, and support enrollment growth through consistent marketing efforts and local outreach. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of our day-to-day marketing efforts and help elevate our school's online and local presence. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, experienced in digital marketing, and able to manage multiple projects independently. This role will focus heavily on social media management, digital marketing, website management, content creation, and community outreach. The ideal candidate understands how to create engaging content, keep marketing current in real time, and maintain a strong and professional online presence for the school. This position is currently part-time (25-30 hours per week), with strong potential to transition into a full-time role in the future based on performance and the continued growth of the school. Responsibilities Manage and create daily content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms Capture and post real-time content from inside the school, student work, events, and daily activities Update, maintain, and manage the school website, ensuring content stays current, accurate, and visually appealing Make website updates in real time for promotions, events, program information, and announcements Assist with

campaigns, and overall website optimization Create and send monthly email newsletters and marketing campaigns Help grow and maintain relationships with local high schools, guidance counselors, and community organizations Assist with marketing promotions, advertising campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives Track engagement and marketing performance metrics Collaborate with the admissions team to support enrollment goals and initiatives Assist with additional marketing-related projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field required Previous professional marketing experience Experience managing social media platforms for a business, school or brand Experience with website management and updates required Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising Strong content creation and communication skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is professional, creative, dependable, and excited about helping grow a local brand.
