Job Description

Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP, a premier law firm with offices across Long Island, seeks a Marketing Coordinator looking to put their creative marketing talents to work! Based on-site in our Ronkonkoma office, this full-time position is a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing and communication skills through a variety of hands-on projects for multiple professional service firms. Responsibilities Online Marketing (Email Campaigns, Website & Social Media): Assist in planning and executing email campaigns. Track and report performance. Edit content and update existing pages on the firm's website Prepare online analytics reporting Work closely with professionals on thought leadership campaigns Assist in planning a content calendar for the professional service firms Track and report social media engagement metrics Publish content and monitor social media activity across channels
Internal/External Events:
Assist with the planning of firm events, business community events, galas, and golf outings Assist in planning culture events for the staff such as lunches, special holiday events, and activities Photograph company events
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and developing fundraising for our non-profit organization Administrative tasks such as database management, event registration, calendar management, tracking payments, etc. Education Bachelor's degree required. Marketing degree preferred Skills and Competencies Experience with Photoshop, Canva, WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, a plus Portfolio and social media samples, a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Able to balance competing priorities while meeting time-sensitive deadlines Resourceful, driven attitude with a desire to use a "whatever it takes" approach to ensure success Demonstrated ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization Exhibits high energy and genuine enthusiasm Benefits of a career at CMM include: Competitive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; retirement account with employee match
