Weekend Farmers Market Sales

Job Overview We're looking for

ONE MORE

upbeat, reliable people to represent our all-natural food brand at local farmers markets. This is a fun, customer-facing position focused on product sampling, connecting with people, and creating a great experience at the market. This role is primarily weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday), with some flexibility. Some team members may work one market per week, while others may work a few markets per month. Ideal candidates enjoy talking with people, have positive energy, and are comfortable working independently at a busy market booth. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys wellness, natural foods, local markets, sales, or community events and enjoys working outdoors! Responsibilities Set up and break down the market display and booth Transport products and supplies to and from the market (valid driver's license required) Engage with customers in a friendly, outgoing way Offer samples and explain products/blends to customers Share information about ingredients and products confidently Process sales using cash and Square payment system Handle basic math and transactions accurately Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting Maintain a positive, professional attitude throughout the event Represent the brand in a warm, energetic, customer-focused way Skills Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality Comfortable speaking with customers and starting conversations Strong reliability and punctuality Must enjoy working with people and providing great customer service Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/display products as needed Comfortable handling cash and simple transactions Basic technology comfort level (using Square/payment app) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Sales experience is a plus Interest or knowledge in healthy, natural, or specialty food products is a plus Ideal Candidate is someone who: Smiles, makes eye contact, and engages naturally with customers Is dependable and shows up ready to work Brings positive energy to the booth Is proactive and stays engaged (no sitting on their phone during markets) Schedule Primarily weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) Flexible scheduling available -great pay and extra $ for strong sales! Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
