Our marketing team plays a key role in driving that growth through smart execution and strong operational discipline and we're excited to add a full-time Marketing Coordinator to the team. We're looking for a professional who's ready to jump in, learn quickly, and contribute to a team that gets things done. This role is based in Akron, OH, and we strongly prefer candidates who can work in-office alongside our collaborative team. However, we're also open to considering remote candidates outside the Akron area who are a strong fit for the position. What You'll Be Part Of The Marketing Coordinator assists with campaign execution and performance tracking across marketing channels. This role focuses on organization, data accuracy, and timely coordination, while applying judgment to identify issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement of marketing activities. You'll support live marketing campaigns that drive real business results. From tracking performance to helping keep campaigns on pace, your work will directly contribute to how we scale and improve . Key Responsibilities Campaign Support Assist with the execution and ongoing updates of marketing campaigns across channels Review campaign elements for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with guidelines provided Coordinate internal requests and updates to support timely campaign delivery Pacing & Performance Tracking Track campaign pacing, spend, and lead flow against established targets Identify and flag discrepancies, delivery issues, or performance concerns Maintain tracking tools and ensure data is accurate and up to date Reporting & Analysis Support preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports Compile and organize data to highlight key trends and variances Assist in maintaining dashboards, trackers, and documentation used for decision-making Operations Support Assist with campaign setup, quality checks, and routine maintenance tasks Follow established workflows and support process consistency across campaigns Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed and information is aligned What Makes you a
