Job Description

We are currently hiring full-time Event Associates to support customer engagement and sales efforts at retail locations and local events. This is an entry-level, in-person position with paid training provided. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide information about products and services, answer questions, and assist with sales at designated event setups.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with customers at retail locations and event sites Provide clear and accurate product information Assist customers with purchases and service options Help set up and maintain event displays Work with a team to meet daily performance goals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a customer-facing role Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn (no prior experience required)
Compensation:
Weekly base pay Additional commission based on individual performance

Pay:
$40,883.20 - $51,278.69 per year
