This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and communications Support recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and onboarding tasks Create, manage, and monitor social media content and marketing campaigns Design basic marketing materials using Canva Maintain records, assist with reporting, and support business operations Handle miscellaneous personal and business-related tasks as assigned Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with social media platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Canva, scheduling software, or CRM experience preferred Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Administrative, marketing, or customer service experience preferred Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling (if applicable) Growth opportunities within the company Ideal Candidate You are proactive, dependable, creative, and enjoy helping a business owner stay organized while growing the company's brand and presence online
