In this role, you will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, boost engagement, and generate measurable results. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will help us connect with our target audiences through compelling campaigns across digital channels. Duties Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and digital advertising. Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings. Manage content creation and editing for blogs, landing pages, and social media posts using content management systems like WordPress. Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including social media management and Facebook Advertising campaigns. Coordinate with design teams to produce engaging graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop. Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to assess ROI and optimize strategies. Support conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior and implementing improvements on landing pages or website flow using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL as needed. Assist in marketing automation initiatives to nurture leads through email marketing campaigns and performance marketing tactics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B (business-to-business) marketing projects for e-commerce platforms or other digital channels. Requirements (Able to perform door to door sales) Proven experience with SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords. Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and content management systems such as WordPress. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and performance tracking. Knowledge of social media management tools and advertising platforms including Facebook Advertising. Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance through analytics tools. Experience with digital marketing strategies such as email marketing, marketing automation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
