Role:

To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Check Mail/duplicatingUpdate website and lobby monitorCreate and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events, create and post weekly classroom schedulesAnswer visitor questions and provide building directions

Qualifications:

Canva experience for making flyers and other documentsGeneral office skills

Potential Future Career Benefit:

To gain experience in general office skills, become familiar with the working of an academic office, and develop relationships and networking skills.

NOTE:
