This role plays a key part in promoting our brand, products, educational programs, tournaments, and industry events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about creating engaging customer experiences across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, print, and web channels. Coordinate campaign schedules, assets, and deliverables. Content Creation & Brand Storytelling Create, edit, and publish marketing content for websites, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and promotional materials. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communications. Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms. Monitor engagement and interact with online communities. Track performance metrics and recommend improvements. Event Planning & Coordination Coordinate company participation in tournaments, trade shows, seminars, sponsorships, and special events. Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site brand representation. Travel as needed to support key marketing initiatives and events. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using marketing and analytics tools. Prepare reports and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts. Market Research Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand differentiation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, product development, customer service, and external vendors to support company objectives. Qualifications Preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role. Experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization. Experience supporting marketing campaigns and content creation. Preferred Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required. Travel Requirements Ability to travel periodically for marketing events, trade shows, tournaments, and company initiatives.
