Job Description

We're an ultra-premium, indoor-grown cannabis brand based in Oklahoma. We partner with OMMA-licensed dispensaries across Oklahoma, and our reputation is built flower-by-flower, relationship-by-relationship. We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative who can carry that standard into every account they walk into. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with OMMA-licensed dispensary accounts across your Oklahoma territory Represent and sell our flower, pre-rolls, and branded products to wholesale buyers Conduct in-person dispensary visits, product drops, and follow-up calls to drive reorders Educate dispensary staff and buyers on strains, product profiles, terpenes, and genetics Prospect and open new wholesale accounts while nurturing existing partnerships Log activity, track orders, and manage pipeline using company-designated tools (GrowFlow) for operations on the team on order fulfillment timing and inventory availability Report weekly sales activity and account updates to the Sales Manager Attend local cannabis industry events and dispensary pop-ups as needed Comply with all OMMA regulations during transport, sampling, and account visits
Compensation Base Pay:
$400 / week
Commission:
Performance-Based, paid on wholesale orders closed. With commissions the earning potential is 60k+
Mileage Reimbursement:
Reimbursed for business travel
Performance Review:
60-Day Review — compensation & commission structure revisited Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Previous cannabis industry sales is
STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Active OMMA Business Employee License (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Clean driving record — travel is a core part of this role Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust with buyers Basic proficiency with phones, email, and sales/inventory platforms Familiarity with the Oklahoma cannabis wholesale market preferred Experience using METRC is required Experience using GrowFlow or LeafLink strongly preferred Cannabis sales or wholesale experience a plus — but coachable go-getters are welcome What Makes a Great Fit You're passionate about cannabis and take pride in representing a premium product You're self-motivated and don't need to be micromanaged to hit your numbers You have existing dispensary relationships in the Oklahoma market — or you're hungry to build them You communicate clearly and consistently, both with accounts and your internal team You show up, follow through, and treat every dispensary visit like it matters — because it does
