Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and relationship-driven External Relationships & Community Coordinator to support and execute our community outreach and partnership initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building genuine connections, representing a brand in the community, and creating meaningful experiences outside of the office. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with dental offices, schools, and local organizations while helping expand Tangelo's presence across the communities we serve. The ideal candidate is fun, energetic, highly organized, and a proactive self-starter who enjoys connecting with people, planning events, and bringing ideas to life in a way that reflects our brand and values. Key Responsibilities Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with external partners Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between Tangelo Orthodontics and external partners Coordinate and execute regular visits, touchpoints, and appreciation efforts Develop and support partnerships with local schools, including communication, sponsorships, and event coordination Plan, organize, and represent Tangelo at community events, school functions, and local initiatives Identify opportunities to increase brand presence and strengthen community connections Coordinate logistics for events, outreach efforts, and partnership initiatives Communicate clearly and consistently with internal team members to ensure alignment and execution Support marketing initiatives by providing insights, feedback, and content opportunities from community involvement Maintain organized records of partnership activity, outreach efforts, and key contacts Support marketing initiatives by providing insights, feedback, and content opportunities from community involvement Track touchpoints, event participation, and relationship engagement to identify growth opportunities and areas of focus Qualifications Naturally positive, enthusiastic, outgoing, and personable with a passion for connecting with others Highly motivated, self-driven, and reliable with the ability to work independently Familiarity with school systems or community organizations Proficiency in Google Workspace Why Join Tangelo?
