This is a hands-on role based at our processing facility in West Tulsa. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-output environment, enjoys taking ownership of their work, and wants to be directly involved in building a brand within a growing, industry-leading company. Key Responsibilities Marketing Maintain and unify brand identity across online platforms, retail stores, and product packaging Create marketing assets including social media posts, sale announcements, product launches, and in-store displays Collaborate with processing and retail teams to provide necessary marketing materials Work with ownership and store teams to develop campaigns and promotional assets Production Design and produce product labels and branding for weekly product drops Print and oversee labeling, including hands-on labeling when needed Coordinate with farm and processing teams to understand production timelines and output Work with subcontractors to meet delivery deadlines for stores Brainstorm and develop new product branding and packaging concepts Manage inventory of printing supplies and reorder as needed Qualifications Proficiency in or willingness to learn Figma or Affinity Canva experience is a plus Portfolio of work demonstrating creative and design skills required Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects Creative mindset with the ability to work within regulatory constraints Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required Open to entry-level candidates and recent graduates who have a strong portfolio and a demonstrated willingness to work hard and learn Requirements Must be able to obtain OMMA credentials (background check required in Oklahoma) Must be deadline-driven and able to meet production schedules About Us Nature's Kiss is a fully vertical, Oklahoma-owned and Oklahoma-grown cannabis company with a farm, processing facility, and two dispensaries.
