Note:
This position is onsite in Salem, Oregon. This is not a freelance or remote role. Our fast-growing, multi-location business is seeking local Marketing Leader to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven professional who understands that great marketing is both creative and measurable. This role requires someone with knowledge of data analysis, ROI tracking, and financial accountability. You will play a key role in ensuring our marketing investments directly support revenue growth, patient engagement, and long-term business success. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, professional, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating across departments, and translating marketing efforts into clear business outcomes. What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable performance and return on investment (ROI). Manage all social media platforms with creative, engaging, and conversion-focused content aligned with company goals. Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, patient acquisition, campaign costs, and revenue impact. Evaluate marketing spend and campaign effectiveness to ensure cost-efficient use of resources. Support cross-functional campaigns by coordinating filming schedules and key activities. Develop internal promotions that strengthen employee engagement and culture. Produce onsite marketing, training, and culture videos. Champion brand exposure through promotional products, materials, events, sponsorships, and partnerships—while evaluating their financial impact. Capture photos and videos for marketing and promotional use. Assist with developing marketing plans, budgets, materials, and events. Maintain and manage the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution and performance tracking. Analyze customer and patient data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Build brand strategies that support growth, retention, and revenue objectives. Coordinate employee and community events while tracking participation, costs, and outcomes. Serve as a key resource to the Marketing Director on large projects, reporting on progress, results, and financial performance. What We'd Like You to Have Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of marketing, branding, or related professional experience. Strong financial and analytical skills, including the ability to: (1) Calculate and interpret ROI, (2) Analyze campaign profitability, (3)Understand cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and lifetime value Connect marketing performance to business outcomes Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Experience managing marketing metrics, dashboards, and performance reports. Excellent Microsoft Office and Google Drive skills. Working knowledge of social media platforms and management tools. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels. Proven project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.). Video filming and editing experience required. High-quality design skills and strong copywriting ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. HTML and basic web design experience preferred. Comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and performance projections.
