Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Arrowhead Golf Course. This role involves great customer service to guests, managing retail operations, and supporting event activities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with answering phone calls, greens fee purchases and merchandise sales, including golf equipment and accessories. Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Support event activities, including registration and setup for tournaments or special events. Provide customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving conflicts or concerns promptly with tact and professionalism. Assist with food service operations in cooking and providing snack bar food (hotdogs /burgers) and drink. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area as well as the golf carts. Experience Prior experience in customer service or retail environments is highly desirable, but not required. Candidates should posess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
