Job Description

Overview KELLY Automotive Group is looking for a Business Development Center Representative for our Buick GMC store. In this position you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, setting appointments, and supporting dealership sales and service goals. Responsibilities Respond to incoming phone calls, internet leads and email inquiries. Schedule, confirm and follow up on sales and service appointments. Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM system. Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred) Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data effectively Experience in retail sales, automobile sales, or high-end product selling is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and sales support functions Knowledge of inventory control, inventory management systems, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient operations Excellent phone etiquette complemented by strong public speaking skills and customer service orientation Join us as a Business Development Center Representative if you're energetic about building relationships, passionate about sales excellence, and eager to grow within a vibrant organization dedicated to success. Pay:
$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
