T.O.M. (Travelin Operations Member)

A T.O.M. (Travelin' Operations Member) plays a key role in bringing the Travelin' Tom's experience to life. This position goes beyond making coffee — T.O.M.s help drive the operation, set up and break down at events, serve guests, and ensure every stop runs smoothly. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being on the move. Key Responsibilities Drive the Beverage Entertainment Vehicle (BEV) to and from events (as assigned) Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and supplies Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to brand standards Deliver friendly, engaging customer service to guests at every event Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Support event marketing and bookings by delivering materials, updating social media and other Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, equipment, and work areas Support warehouse inventory management Follow food safety, health, and company procedures at all times Work as part of a team to ensure efficient, smooth event operations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work weekends, early mornings, and events as scheduled No prior coffee experience required — training provided What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment A team player who takes pride in representing the brand Flexibility and adaptability — no two events are the same What We Offer Paid training A fun, supportive team environment Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow with a local, community-focused business Tips (where applicable)
