Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, and product literature. Support digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media content, email communications, photography, and video projects. Help coordinate trade shows, customer meetings, company events, and product launches, including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support. Maintain marketing assets, sample inventory, digital files, and branded materials for the sales team and customers. Manage customer databases, lead programs, customer initiatives, and marketing campaigns while assisting with reporting and program tracking. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, and outside vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Assist with content creation, basic graphic updates, and social media scheduling. Experience with Canva is preferred but not required. Monitor project progress, organize priorities, and support continuous improvement of marketing processes and communication. Travel periodically to support trade shows, customer events, plant tours, meetings, and other marketing initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 1-2 years of marketing, communications or related experience preferred. Experience preferred but not required. Would consider a recent graduate. Experience with Canva is a plus, but not required Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, events and customer visits
