Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing events and campaigns across North America. This is role is ideal for someone who has had a first hands-on experience in field marketing and is eager to grow in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Your efforts will align closely with sales, demand generation, and client success teams to optimize pipeline growth and customer engagement. Reporting to the Director of Global Field Marketing, you will be an integral part of a growing, international team.
Key Responsibilities Event & Webinar Execution:
Coordinate and execute marketing events and webinars end-to-end, including logistics , vendor management, registrations, run-of-show, and on-site delivery.Campaign & Communications Execution:
Support the rollout of integrated marketing programs (events, digital campaigns, direct mail, content), including email QA, brief coordination, and asset deployment.Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor campaign and event performance, analyze key metrics, and produce clear reports to support continuous optimization.Budget & Operations Management:
Manage purchase orders and support budget tracking, ensuring alignment with marketing leadership and program priorities.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with sales, pre-sales, partnerships, client success, legal, and finance teams to align marketing initiatives with business and revenue goals. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or campaign coordination (SaaS experience is a plus). Demonstrated experience supporting or executing marketing events and/or demand generation programs. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and report on performance metrics. Proactive, hands-on, and self-starter with the ability to take ownership and move projects forward independently. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies. Exposure to tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
