This in-person role is ideal for someone with marketing experience who enjoys community outreach, relationship building, and helping grow healthcare services. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, bilingual in English and Albanian , has reliable transportation, and is comfortable representing our home care agency in the community. Responsibilities Develop and support marketing campaigns to promote home care services Build relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners Manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Assist with digital marketing initiatives and community outreach events Create flyers, promotional materials, and marketing content Support brand awareness and business growth efforts Maintain professional communication with clients and referral partners Requirements 6 months to 1 year of marketing experience Home care or healthcare experience preferred Must speak English and Albanian Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and relationship-building skills Social media experience preferred Professional, organized, and dependable
