What We're Looking For Organized, dependable, and punctual—being on time is non-negotiable Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable engaging with diverse groups of guests Professional, flexible, and able to adapt to different venues and event timelines Able to stay focused in high-energy environments (especially weddings) Physically capable of lifting 30+ lbs Schedule & Travel Part-time, primarily evenings and weekends Travel required throughout Northern Virginia Compensation & Perks Starting at $20/hour Meals provided at events Paid travel time for trips over 1 hour Parking reimbursement Overnight travel (when required) is compensated If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of memorable events, we'd love to hear from you.
