Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective corporate clients and event planners Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction Conduct detailed needs assessments to tailor private dining packages that meet client expectations and maximize revenue Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable agreements while maintaining positive client relationships Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new clients and enhance brand visibility Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Lead account management efforts by providing exceptional service, upselling additional services, and ensuring seamless event execution Skills Proven experience in negotiation, business development, and B2B sales with a focus on hospitality or event services Strong marketing acumen coupled with the ability to leverage technology sales tools like Salesforce for effective pipeline management Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and articulate value propositions clearly Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive sales initiatives forward Analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate client needs, and develop strategic approaches for growth Experience in technical sales or account management within hospitality or related industries is a plus Proficiency in conducting warm calling campaigns and building rapport quickly with prospective clients Join us as a Private Dining Sales Representative where your enthusiasm for sales meets the opportunity for high commissions!
