Job Description
A market leader in real estate is seeking an Agent Services Coordinator to join our Moyock office team. We are the area's leading real estate marketing and sales company and we are always growing our Team. We're looking for an Agent Services Coordinator with marketing savvy and customer service obsessed to join our fast-paced, high-performing real estate company. This role is exclusively focused on supporting real estate agents. You'll serve as the go-to marketing and internal support resource using our internal tools for agents, helping them grow their personal brands and succeed in today's competitive market. What You'll Do Marketing Support for Agents Coordinate the design and production of collateral to include flyers, social media graphics, email campaigns, and general listing materials; Help agents build and manage and tune their current online presence (social media, websites, Google Business pages); Promote agent listings and achievements via office digital & social platforms and internal channels; Assist with maintaining consistent agent and company compliant branding across all marketing materials. Technology & Tools Assistance Assist with onboarding new agents focusing on company tools and internal marketing systems; Support agents on company CRMs and marketing platforms; Troubleshoot or coordinate with respective departments issues with office software, printers, and marketing tools. Office Marketing & Events Manage the office's social media accounts to highlight listings, milestones, and events; Coordinate with manager in-office events such as training, workshops, and team celebrations; Contribute to a collaborative, positive office culture. Agent Services & Admin Support Communicate company and office updates and events clearly and promptly to all agents. Process listings, sales contracts and closings received. Input all data regarding contracts into various multi listing services, Broker Wolf (accounting software system) and DotLoop (paperless management system). Provide consistent follow-up on open and incomplete items to ensure complete packages. What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or administrative support; Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, email marketing, social media platforms); Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills. Skilled in time management; Familiarity with general CRM platforms, MLS, and real estate tools is a plus. Work Environment Office-based position (not remote); Business professional attire; Collaborative environment with direct agent-focus work setting.
