The Brand & Marketing Coordinator (BMC) coordinates and carries out the marketing and branding for a 3 company portfolio; Katahdin Property Management, Holman Group (realtors), and Holman Homes (developer). The BMC coordinates the social media accounts, email marketing/newsletters, websites, logos, sales materials and physical signage as needed. The BMC will monitor engagement and analyze performance metrics to provide a data-driven approach to marketing efforts. The goal is to tell the story of these organizations to educate, inspire, fill vacancies, build online brand/reputation, sell properties and attract new relationships. This individual will work closely with several different departments across the three companies (e.g., leasing, brokerage). BMC may help on other communications projects such as resident energy efficiency education, welcome packets, community building events and other tasks as assigned. This is a hybrid in-person and remote position where in-person presence may be required at least 1 day per week in Midcoast Maine.

Wages:
$25-$35/hr can rise higher with excellent performance.
Vehicle:
This position must provide their own transportation which shall be compensated at $.15/mile (except commuting). Paid wage time begins after each employee's initial commute from their home to a KPM site and ends when they depart their final KPM site for home. Benefits All benefits begin after 6 months of successful employment.

KPM does not have a company health insurance plan but offers up to $600 per month premium reimbursement for full time (32+ hrs/week) employees using the Affordable Care Act.
Primary Care:
KPM offers free concierge primary care for employees working 25+ hrs/week) at Maine Street Medical in Brunswick. Employees may pay to add family members at KPM's business rate.

Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of one hour for every 40 hours worked. Requirements 5+ Years experience of leadership in areas like branding, marketing, social media, or communications. High degree of personal responsibility, integrity, honesty, independence, work ethic, and friendly attitude. Candidate must be a dedicated learner who can acquire new skills quickly. Demonstrated expertise with social media platforms, and ideally skilled in CRMs, databases, AI tools and basic graphic design or web design.
