This role is primarily field-based and focused on building strong business-to-business relationships with healthcare offices, clinics, providers, and community partners who can benefit from and refer patients to our services. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do Arrive at the office by 8:00 AM daily Meet with the Executive Assistant each morning to receive your assigned route and develop a game plan for the day Send follow-up emails and communication from the previous day's visits Refill and organize company vehicle with marketing materials and supplies Travel throughout your assigned territory meeting with potential referral partners and business contacts Introduce healthcare offices and businesses to Forester Family Medical Supply services Collect business cards and establish strong points of contact for future referrals and partnerships Build and maintain professional relationships within the community Accurately track visits, notes, follow-up opportunities, and referral contacts within the company CRM system Maintain and update CRM records daily to ensure all interactions, leads, and follow-up tasks are documented properly Return to the office at the end of the day to review progress and connect with the Executive Assistant What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated and dependable Strong follow-through and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in the field Organized and able to manage daily routes efficiently Ability to maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up records Basic computer and email skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred What We Provide We want to make sure you are fully equipped for success while on the road.
