Community Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

Big Air Plano is hiring a part-time Community Marketing Coordinator in Plano, TX. This role supports local marketing, community outreach, social media content, partnerships, and promotional events. The position will help increase awareness of Big Air Plano throughout Plano and North Dallas.

About Big Air Plano:

Big Air Plano is an indoor trampoline and adventure park opening in Plano, Texas. The park will offer attractions, birthday parties, memberships, school events, and group experiences for families and guests in the North Dallas area.

Responsibilities:

Assist with local marketing and community outreach Build relationships with schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, apartment communities, and local businesses Assist with social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Capture photo and video content during events and promotional activities Help coordinate local partnerships, sponsorships, and events Support VIP lead generation and email/SMS signup efforts Assist with influencer outreach and local collaborations Attend community events and networking opportunities Support birthday party, membership, and group event awareness initiatives Work with ownership on marketing and community initiatives

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable speaking with local businesses and community organizations Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva preferred Comfortable capturing photo and video content using a smartphone Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Reliable transportation required Local candidates preferred (Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, North Dallas)

Position Details:

Part-time Approximately 20 hours per week initially Flexible schedule Some evenings and weekends for community events may be required
