Position Overview We are looking for a driven, personable, and creative Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our practice and deepen our presence in the community. This is a high-impact role that blends relationship-building, digital marketing, and brand storytelling. You will be the face of Journey in the community — connecting with referring providers, building partnerships, and helping us reach the patients who need us most. This role offers real earning potential beyond base salary. We reward results. If you build relationships that grow our practice, you will be compensated for it.

Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary:

$47,000 - $52,000 annually based on experience Quarterly Performance Bonus (up to $1,500/quarter): Number of new provider relationships established (physicians, therapists, pediatricians) Provider outreach meetings and lunches completed Google review growth and online presence improvement New referral sources added and activated

Referral Growth Bonus:

$50 bonus per new verified patient referral received

Annual Performance Bonus:

Up to 5% of base salary paid annually based on overall performance review Total earning potential: $52,000 - $62,000+ for a strong performer. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, therapists, pediatricians, schools, and other referral sources Coordinate and attend provider outreach lunches, events, and community meetings Manage and grow our Google Business profile and monitor Google Analytics to track performance Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and the practice website Produce short videos with staff to highlight services, team culture, and patient resources Develop and execute strategies to increase new patient referrals Track outreach activity, referral sources, and marketing ROI and report findings to leadership Represent Journey Psychiatry at health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience from first contact Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, healthcare liaison, or a related field Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and basic digital marketing tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — comfortable talking to doctors, therapists, and community leaders Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and priorities Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a patient-facing environment is a strong plus Comfortable on camera and able to help coordinate simple video content Proficiency in Google Workspace, and/or CRM tools Valid driver's license — local travel required for outreach activities What We Offer Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities A mission-driven team that genuinely cares about the community Opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking, technology-integrated practice Collaborative leadership that values your ideas and initiative A culture built around the Journey 9 Pillars — wellness, purpose, and lifelong growth
