About Us We are a growing cannabis company focused on delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, strengthen our brand presence, and help drive engagement across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys a mix of graphic design, social media management, content creation, and marketing execution. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life and ensure our brand remains engaging, consistent, and impactful. Position Summary The Creative Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating visual content, managing social media channels, supporting email marketing initiatives, and assisting with broader marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development Create branded marketing materials and design assets using Adobe Creative Suite. Support the development of digital and print marketing collateral. Ensure brand consistency across all creative projects. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign creative concepts and execution. Social Media Content Creation & Management Design and produce engaging content for Instagram and other social platforms. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar. Schedule and publish content across multiple channels. Monitor community engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Identify trends and opportunities to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. Copywriting & Content Development Assist with writing and editing email marketing copy. Support development of website content, blogs, and promotional materials. Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. Email Marketing Assist with building, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns. Manage campaign execution from template setup through deployment. Support audience segmentation and email list management. Video Content Creation Produce, edit, and optimize short-form video content and reels for social media platforms. Capture content as needed at retail, production, and company events. Stay current on content trends and best practices. Reporting & Analytics Assist with tracking campaign performance and key marketing metrics. Generate reports on email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Marketing Project Support Support the Director of Marketing on company-wide campaigns and initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments to gather content and execute projects. Assist with additional marketing activities and special projects as needed. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, graphic design, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro preferred). Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience creating digital marketing content and visual assets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience in cannabis, consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Experience with email marketing platforms. Basic photography and videography skills. Experience with social media analytics and reporting. Familiarity with SEO and website content management systems. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
