Hybrid role•onsite approximately 6 days per month Standard office work environment
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support a fast-paced Media Creative team. This role focuses on managing creative workflows, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely delivery across cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and production.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate creative workflows from project intake through final delivery Manage project timelines, tracking, and status updates Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and production teams Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders Support reporting, documentation, and workflow optimization Utilize tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Maintain organized processes and ensure project milestones are met
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Project Management , or related field 2-4+ years of experience in: Creative operations Project coordination/management Creative services or trafficking Experience working with creative or marketing teams Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with digital creative development across: Social media Video Onsite and offsite media channels Hands-on experience with: Workfront Monday.com
Microsoft Office Suite Additional Expectations:
