Job Description

Creative Social Media Marketing Coordinator For High-end Interior Design Studio We are seeking a highly creative, visually driven Social Media Marketing Coordinator for our interior design studio. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes beautiful content, understands elevated branding, and can translate high-end interiors into engaging digital storytelling that attracts discerning clients, builders, and architects, while also engaging our followers to spread brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands luxury audiences, and knows how to create polished, intentional content that feels aspirational yet authentic.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage content across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social platforms Capture and edit high-quality photo/video content from projects, installations, site visits, and daily studio life Develop engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and behind-the-scenes content Maintain a cohesive, elevated brand aesthetic aligned with the studio's vision Plan and schedule content calendars and social campaigns Write thoughtful captions that reflect the voice and personality of the brand Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help foster community relationships Collaborate with the design team to highlight projects, product selections, sourcing, travel, and client experiences Stay current on social media trends, digital marketing trends, audio, and platform updates while keeping content refined and on-brand- Stay current on emerging tools to continuously enhance our social media presence Assist with email marketing, general marketing, blog content, and occasional website updates as needed Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for increased visibility in search results. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly. Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate branding efforts, manage relationship management initiatives, and support e-commerce campaigns through targeted advertising like Facebook Ads. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation and visual storytelling Experience in luxury interiors, architecture, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, or related creative industries preferred Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools Skilled in video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content. Strong understanding of branding strategies, public relations principles, and relationship management practices. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual composition Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Excellent written communication skills Passion for interior design, architecture, and elevated lifestyle brands
