This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) with flexibility for remote work, along with some regular in-office time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting events, and contributing to a mission-driven organization making a direct impact in the lives of local individuals facing breast cancer. Focus and Responsibilities The job's focus is event and fundraising support. You will assist in securing new sponsors for fundraising events; Coordinate staff and community support for volunteer-led fundraising efforts; Solicit and secure silent auction items; Support event logistics and gather feedback from attendees. Other responsibilities will include donor stewardship & communications You will assist with quarterly donor and community email communications; Maintain accurate CRM data; Support donor stewardship efforts including thank-you letters; Help gather and share client testimonials and impact stories. Qualifications Some experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred; Strong communication skills; Organized and detail-oriented; Ability to manage multiple tasks; Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems; Knowledge of marketing and/or social media; Event coordination experience. Compensation Hourly pay based on experience. Work Environment Hybrid position with flexible remote work and some in-office time in Springfield, MO; Collaborative, mission-driven team. Growth Opportunity This position may grow into a full-time role based on performance and ability to generate additional fundraising revenue.
