Help Connect Massachusetts Communities to the Future At Prime Point Consulting, we partner with leading telecom providers to bring fiber-optic internet and TV to homes across Massachusetts and we're growing. We're looking for driven, people-first individuals to join our team as Entry Level Marketing Representative. No experience required. Just ambition, a great attitude, and the desire to make a real impact. What You'll Do as a Entry Level Marketing Representative As a Entry Level Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of fiber in your community. You'll meet people where they are, have conversations with clients, and help them find internet and TV solutions that fit their situations, whether they're working from home, streaming, or just trying to stay connected to what matters. This role blends relationship-building, marketing, and consultative sales into one dynamic, ground-floor opportunity. You'll learn the industry from the inside out while developing skills that will serve you for the rest of your career. Key Responsibilities for the Entry Level Marketing Representative Assist in executing local marketing campaigns with clients in person and outreach initiatives across Massachusetts communities Represent telecom services through direct, customer-focused engagement that builds awareness and drives interest Maintain a professional and consistent brand presence at events and during outreach efforts Support the distribution of promotional and educational materials in residential and retail areas Track customer engagement and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance marketing strategies and local brand recognition Qualifications for the Entry Level Marketing Representative Position Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of customers A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a sales-driven environment Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and personal growth Detail-oriented and organized when executing marketing and outreach initiatives Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face settings Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required
