Event Management - Retail Atlas Strategies Inc | Crescent, OK | Full-Time | Hiring Now Lead the Energy. Run the Pop-Up. Own the Results. Atlas Strategies Inc is a growing marketing and events firm specializing in live pop-up retail events and face-to-face brand activations across Oklahoma, and we're looking for a motivated, people-first Event Management - Retail candidate to join our Crescent team. This role is designed for someone who's ready to step into a leadership track — managing live pop-up retail events from the ground up, leading a team of sales associates in the field, and ensuring every face-to-face customer interaction drives real results. Full paid training is provided from day one. We're not just looking for someone to fill a role — we're looking for our next pop-up event leader. What You'll Be Doing This is a hands-on, high-energy pop-up retail event management role. Every day looks different — new customers, live activations, and real face-to-face engagement with the public. You won't be behind a desk. You'll be running the show. Day to day, that includes: Managing the full lifecycle of live pop-up retail events — from setup and launch through active event operations and breakdown — ensuring everything runs smoothly, professionally, and on-brand every single time Leading, motivating, and holding accountable a team of face-to-face sales associates across active pop-up locations throughout the Crescent area Setting the standard for high-energy, genuine, and results-driven customer engagement at every pop-up event Getting hands-on with customers yourself — greeting, connecting, and building real rapport with members of the public at live retail activations Conducting and supervising engaging product demonstrations at pop-up locations that clearly communicate value and drive customer interest Coaching your team in real time during live pop-up events — sharpening their face-to-face sales technique, product knowledge, and customer engagement skills on the spot Managing POS transactions accurately at pop-up retail locations — overseeing cash and card processing and maintaining full accountability across the team Ensuring every pop-up event space looks sharp, on-brand, and inviting — displays and signage always dialed in and ready to draw customers in Handling escalated customer questions and concerns at live events quickly, professionally, and with a solutions-first mindset Tracking pop-up event performance — daily results, team metrics, customer interactions — and reporting back to senior leadership after each activation Collaborating with upper management to refine pop-up event strategy, improve team performance, and identify new opportunities for growth across retail locations What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional education in business, marketing, or events is a plus Previous experience in pop-up events, face-to-face sales, retail activations, or team leadership is preferred — but we will fully train the right candidate A natural, energetic leader who thrives in a live event environment and knows how to keep a team fired up and focused Confident and comfortable engaging with strangers face-to-face in a public retail setting — this is the core of everything we do Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions at live pop-up locations Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills — equally strong with customers and team members Bilingual in English and Spanish? You'll be leading your team at live retail pop-up events and face-to-face brand activations at retail locations and community venues across the Crescent area. Every shift is live, on the ground, and in front of real customers. No remote or work-from-home options are available — this role is built for leaders who show up and show out.
