This role combines guest communication, office coordination, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of social media and storytelling. You'll play an important role in both the guest experience and the voice of Club Getaway — helping guests before they arrive while also creating content that captures the energy and culture of camp. Kent, Connecticut:
April 10th - October 25th Potential remote/off-season work available: November - March Weekend work may be required during operational season Responsibilities Guest Experience & Office Coordination Answer phones, emails, and website chats in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Assist guests with reservations, questions, and trip planning Help support daily office operations and administrative tasks Coordinate information between departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Maintain organized communication and guest records Marketing & Content Creation Create engaging photo and video content for social media Assist in managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Capture the energy and culture of Club Getaway through storytelling and content Assist with email marketing, promotions, and website updates Help support influencer partnerships and marketing initiatives Must be comfortable occasionally appearing in social media content Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with guests Social media savvy with an eye for content creation Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-energy environment Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with Canva, video editing apps, photography, or social media management is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who embodies the spirit of
