INTERIM HEALTHCARE OF LAS CRUCES
Community Marketing Representative Las Cruces, NM • Part-Time • Non-Medical Home Care Interim Healthcare of Las Cruces is hiring a part-time Community Marketing Representative to help grow our non-medical home care agency. We place qualified caregivers in the homes of elderly and hands-on care patients so they can live safely and comfortably at home. This role is a mix of in-office coordination and out-in-the-field community outreach — typically two days per week. It's a great fit for someone personable, self-driven, and passionate about serving the Las Cruces community. What you'll be doing
IN THE OFFICE
Plan weekly outreach routes and prioritize community targets Prepare marketing materials, make follow-up calls, and handle correspondence Track outreach activity and report results to the administrator Support intake coordination when new inquiries come in
IN THE FIELD
Visit hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, senior centers, and physician offices Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and case managers Attend community events, health fairs, and senior expos Distribute materials and maintain a consistent presence at key community locations Who we serveElderly individualsHands-on care patientsHome-based care clientsWhat we're looking for Outgoing and confident — comfortable walking into new places and starting conversations 1-2 years in sales, marketing, community outreach, or healthcare preferred No medical background required Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Organized and self-motivated — able to manage your own time both in and out of the office Interim Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
