We deliver comprehensive Google Workspace solutions and expert support alongside innovative NetSuite ERP solutions—including our proprietary GovCon Essentials, specifically built for the complex compliance needs of government contractors. We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to serve as a pivotal force within our growth team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for assisting in elevating Daston's market presence and bridging the gap between high-level marketing strategy and sales execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in the GovCon space who excels at campaign management, lead lifecycle ownership, and supporting a sophisticated cloud-based sales environment.
Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Lead Management Campaign Execution:
Assist with the execution and monitoring of multi-channel email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp), focusing on sophisticated lead nurturing for Google and NetSuite offerings.
Lead Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the flow of marketing-generated leads to the sales team, ensuring high-quality data handoff and timely follow-up.
Market Intelligence:
Utilize ZoomInfo and GovTribe to identify high-value prospects, build targeted outreach lists, and provide actionable insights to the Director of Marketing.
Sales Enablement Proposal Assistance:
Assist the sales team in the development and formatting of complex proposals; must be an expert in Google Docs, M365 Suite, and Adobe Acrobat to ensure a polished, professional output. Knowledge of Commercial, Federal, State, Local
RPF, SOW
is preferred.
Collateral Management:
Oversee the digital asset library, ensuring the sales team has immediate access to the most current, high-impact marketing collateral.
Brand & Digital Presence Content & Social Strategy:
Manage the social media calendar and execute posts to maintain a consistent, authoritative brand voice across all corporate platforms. Must be proficient in Hootsuite and similar platforms.
Web & SEO:
Lead website administration tasks, including publishing blog posts and optimizing webpage content for SEO and relevancy.
Performance Analytics:
Monitor and report on Google Ads performance, providing data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and campaign health.
Content Production:
Assist with the coordination of the end-to-end production of marketing materials (one-pagers, case studies) that highlight Daston's technical expertise.
Event Coordination Logistics Management:
Assist with the planning for virtual and in-person industry events, including managing high-stakes promotional materials and post-event lead distribution.
Required Qualifications Industry Expertise:
Minimum 3-5 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within a government contractor or a company serving the public sector (Fed/SLED). SaaS organizations are also preferred.
Technology Fluency:
Deep familiarity with promoting cloud technologies (Google Workspace/Cloud or NetSuite ERP) to public and private sector clients.
Platform Proficiency:
• Expertise in Mailchimp (or similar enterprise CRM/Email platforms). Advanced proficiency with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and GovTribe . Proven experience monitoring and optimizing Google Ads .
AI Integration:
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, automate workflows, and draft technical content.
Communication:
Exceptional professional writing skills; ability to translate complex technology into persuasive, benefits-driven copy.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Why Join Daston? Pay:
$49,949.27 - $65,000.00 per year
