This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and hands-on involvement, including capturing real-world content and turning it into engaging digital media. Position Overview This is a hybrid, part-time position (20-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You will work directly with leadership to help execute marketing strategies, manage content creation, and maintain a consistent presence across digital platforms. We are looking for someone who can take direction and own execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Field Capture Visit project sites (2-4 times per week) to capture: Before, during, and after photos Short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Team and project highlights Coordinate with internal teams to document work in progress Social Media & Digital Content Create and publish content across: Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Google Business Profile Nextdoor YouTube Maintain a consistent posting schedule Turn raw content into polished, brand-aligned posts and videos Video & Brand Storytelling Edit short-form and occasional long-form video content Highlight quality of work, team culture, and completed projects Help build a strong visual presence that attracts both customers and potential employees Marketing & Campaign Support Assist with seasonal campaigns and promotions Support recruiting-focused marketing efforts Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications Website & Marketing Materials Assist with website updates and content improvements Help create marketing materials including brochures, signage, and promotional items Basic Analytics & Tracking Monitor and report on: Social media engagement Online reviews Website traffic trends Provide insights to improve performance over time What We're Looking For Core Traits Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Creative mindset with an eye for quality content Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working both independently and with a team Preferred Experience Experience with social media content creation and management Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) Familiarity with photography and mobile content capture Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus General understanding of marketing principles Additional Requirements Must be local to the Greater Cincinnati area Comfortable visiting job sites and interacting with field teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Flexible schedule (20-30 hours per week) Opportunity for growth into a full-time position How to Apply Please submit: Resume Portfolio or examples of social media, photo, or video work (if available)
