About the Role We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is eager to jump in, learn fast, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions. The ideal candidate will work on the creative side of the marketing department with responsibilities that include handling the entire order process from initial request to delivery. You won't just support marketing efforts, you'll help power the success of 120+ sales professionals across multiple branch locations . What You'll Do As a key member of our marketing team, you will:
- Bring ideas to life by collaborating on creative print materials that align with our brand and business goals
- Create engaging content including modifying and/or designing print materials
- Leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to support Loan Officers, address inquiries, and facilitate order fulfillment.
- Protect the brand by ensuring compliance and consistency in messaging across all channels
- Support the team with various marketing and administrative projects as needed What You Bring
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- A strong eye for design (layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling)
- The ability to turn ideas into compelling, polished content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
