Roles and Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Assisting in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, website, and digital/print media, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. Content Creation & Management Creating and editing marketing copy for company website, ticketing platform, social media, email newsletters, press releases, playbills, and other promotional materials (e.g., season postcard, banners and flyers) in collaboration with the creative production team and graphic designer. Social Media Management Scheduling and posting engaging content on social media platforms, monitoring interactions, and analyzing social media performance. Market Research & Analysis Conducting market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Tracking key marketing metrics, analyzing audience response to production performance, and generating reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Brand Consistency Ensuring all marketing materials and communications adhere to established brand guidelines. Required Skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Proficiency in social media platforms
Analytical skills to interpret data and track campaign performance
Graphic design skills are plus
Project management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Expertise with company's current marketing tools a plus: Wix, Asana, and Survey Monkey Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with digital marketing exposure.
Experience with or understanding of nonprofit arts organizations and/or theater audiences preferred.
