The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator supports Latitude Therapy's mission by executing brand, marketing, and communication initiatives that increase visibility, engagement, and community presence. This role focuses on strengthening connections with families, referral sources, and prospective employees through consistent, compliant, and mission-aligned content and outreach. This position works collaboratively to ensure marketing efforts reflect organizational values, comply with applicable regulations, and accurately represent the quality of care provided. About Us:

As we grow, we're looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our brand presence, outreach efforts, and content creation under the guidance of our Director of Marketing. Position & Summary The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing and outreach initiatives across digital, print, and community platforms. This role is responsible for managing ongoing content, maintaining brand consistency, supporting community engagement efforts, and representing Latitude Therapy at local events. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and creative, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables, translate ideas into polished content, and work independently within established brand and compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities Create and refine the organization's brand story, ensuring consistency across all channels, and design accompanying collateral (print, digital, and multimedia) that brings the brand to life. Manage and update website content, blogs, and SEO practices Draft, schedule, and manage social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, etc.) Draft, design, and distribute a monthly internal and/or external newsletter Assist with the design and distribution of physical and digital, flyers, internally and externally Track performance metrics for digital campaigns and social platforms Research and source relevant local events, fairs, and community opportunities Support event promotion, community outreach, and referral marketing efforts Maintain brand consistency and ensure adherence to HIPAA and organizational guidelines Provide light support for recruiting-focused marketing in coordination with HR Update and maintain website content, blogs, and basic SEO practices Coordinate content updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role preferred Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and current social media platforms Strong writing, editing, and design skills Familiarity with website platforms (Wix, WordPress, or similar) is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight Interest in healthcare, education, and ABA is a plus What we Offer:
