Requirements Track procurement sites for RFP's and RFQ's. Maintain the proposal tracking and filing system. Serve as the marketing liaison to assigned practice areas. Learn the CRM system and Deltek Vantage Point. Open proposal files, prepare outlines, and coordinate meetings with project team. Gather content, graphics, and relevant information to assist with proposal development and other marketing needs. Prepare, edit, and finalize proposal submittals for SOQ's. Develop periodic content to be shared both internally and externally. Collaborate with office managers, practice leader(s), and project managers to understand history of projects, clients, and the work currently underway. Collaborate and support marketing, business development, and other teams as required. Assist with conference and event planning. Serves on Committees and Teams as requested by management. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar field of study is strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing professional services, proposal development, graphic design, or other relevant experience Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required. Ability to work under stringent deadlines Valid North Carolina driver's license.
