We help patients improve their health, confidence, and quality of life through comprehensive dental care, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, crowns, dentures, Invisalign, and preventive care. We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to help grow our online presence, strengthen patient relationships, and support the continued growth of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, writing, and working closely with a small business owner. Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the practice's marketing efforts across social media, email marketing, website content, Google Business Profile, and patient engagement initiatives. This position requires approximately 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and reports directly to Dr. Nadia Rodriguez.
Compensation:
$500 per week Responsibilities Social Media Management Create and maintain a monthly content calendar Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Write engaging captions and calls-to-action Create Instagram Stories and Facebook Stories Repurpose existing content into multiple formats Monitor social media engagement and messages Content Organization Organize and maintain the practice's content library in Google Drive Maintain content tracking spreadsheets Catalog photos, videos, patient testimonials, and marketing assets Ensure content is properly labeled and easy to locate Email Marketing Draft and schedule patient email campaigns Create promotional, educational, and reactivation emails Assist with patient newsletters Track email performance metrics Website & SEO Support Update website content as needed Add new photos, service pages, FAQs, blog content, and testimonials Assist with basic SEO implementation Monitor website accuracy and functionality Google Business Profile Create and publish Google Business Profile posts Upload photos and videos Monitor reviews and assist with review requests Help improve local online visibility Marketing Administration Track marketing projects and deadlines Provide a weekly marketing activity report Recommend new content ideas and growth opportunities Assist with special marketing initiatives and community outreach projects Qualifications Required Excellent written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience using social media platforms professionally Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Canva Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Professional, positive, and reliable Preferred Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, wellness, or cosmetic industries Experience with CapCut, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Familiarity with email marketing platforms Basic website editing experience Understanding of SEO and local business marketing What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Is highly organized Takes initiative without constant supervision Enjoys writing and storytelling Can turn simple ideas into engaging content Is dependable and follows through on commitments Is excited about helping a growing practice connect with patients online Success in This Role Looks Like Consistent social media posting Organized marketing systems and content library Regular email campaigns Updated website content Strong communication and follow-through New ideas that help grow the practice's online presence To Apply Please submit: Your resume A brief introduction explaining why you are interested in this role Links to any social media accounts, content, websites, or marketing projects you have managed or created
